The Residential Planned Unit Development zoning request was officially approved by the Board of County Commissioners on June 26^th. The approval was unanimous.

The next step is to submit construction plans to Collier County and get approval for the detailed engineering aspects of the site. This process takes approximately 4 months to complete. The property owner still plans to “break ground” or start site clearing activities in early 2013
